Guided by a reimagined architectural vision, the project preserves the original 18th-century chalet-style charm while integrating heritage with contemporary aesthetics. Executed by A++ Human Sustainable Architecture, the design features light-filled, spacious interiors that reflect the signature style of ELIE SAAB. The project comprises a total of 40 units, including 19 luxurious residences and 21 exquisitely designed hotel rooms.
